Dear fellow staffer, you will recall that we have started a process of engagement towards crafting the next 5-year plan. We met at the NMB Stadium on the 20^th of September, and you voiced your aspirations and concerns. Now we would like to reflect on those aspirations towards crafting common values that we can all build a unique MBDA culture around.
