The main purpose of this position is to oversee the ICT Department, development of ICT Strategy and Implementation Plans for the efficient management, administration and control of MBDA's ICT requirements with regard to network, hardware, software, applications management of information and data management requirements.
Required Minimum Education and Training
NQF7 Qualification in Information Communication Technology, Computer Science or equivalent and related. Ai and other relevant Software Certified Engineer qualifications are an advantage.
Required Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in ICT environment
Minimum of 3 years in ICT management role or equivalent supervisor
Demonstrable Project Management Skills
Demonstrable knowklege of the legislative and industry standards
Responsibilities & Performance Areas
Develop and implement ICT strategy to align with the business strategy for the MBDA.
Responsible for the overall ICT function within the MBDA
Develop programmes and Policies to drive ICT /Ai adoption
Ensure that the computer network is properly maintained.
