The main purpose of this position is to oversee the Human Resources function within the MBDA including the design of an HR Strategy and relevant HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures. The HRM is primarily tasked to support the attainment of the organisation's strategic and operational objectives through aligned HR Services.
Required Minimum Education and Training
A NQF 7 qualification in Human Resources Management / Industrial Pyschology or any related
qualification.
Required Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in HR environment
Minimum of 3 years in HR management role or equivalent supervisor
Demonstrable Project Management Skills
Demonstrable knowledge of the legislative and industry standards
Responsibilities & Performance Areas
Develop HR strategy for the organisation.
Overall day to day management of the Human Resources function within the MBDA.
Ensure legal compliance with relevant legislation as it applies to HR practices in the MBDA.
Drive the implementation of a remuneration framework for the MBDA as approved.
