Responsible for management of the Human Resources function within the MBDA including the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procudures.
Required Minimum Education and Training
An appropriate NQF 7 qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field.
Required Minimum Work Experience
3 years’ experience in a Managerial role within a Human Resources environment; 5 years’ work experience in a role related to Human Resources in the public sector.
