The purpose of this position is to initiate, collaborate and coordinate precinct and mandate based creative and cultural programmes to support total precinct management and special projects.
Required Minimum Education and Training
An NQF 7 Qualification in Arts, Culture, Heritage or Social Sciences, or relevant Development Studies.
A relevant Post Graduate qualification in the above will be an advantage
Required Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in Arts, Culture, Heritage or Social Sciences, or relevant Development Studies sector.
Responsibilities & Performance Areas
Coordinate the MBDA Intervention Strategy on Creative and Cultural programmes and projects.
Implement Creative and Cultural programmes and projects that support the mandate
Develop and manage a database detailing available training and skills within the Creative and Cultural Industry
Creative Industry SMME Development and capacitation
Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
Prepare and submit funding proposals
Design programmes, track and prepare impact reports.
